Über regialo.es/holiday/customer/login.php mit Benutzername und Passwort. Diese Daten haben Sie bei der Registrierung vergeben oder von Ihrer Agentur erhalten.
Wie bearbeite ich meine Präsentation?
Im Dashboard finden Sie Kacheln für jeden Bereich: Startseite/Beschreibung, Bilder, Videos, Kontakt, Farben & Design, Aushang & QR-Code, 360°-Rundgang und Gästeinfos & Region. Klicken Sie auf eine Kachel, ändern Sie die Inhalte und speichern Sie.
Wie funktioniert die mehrsprachige Anzeige?
Schreiben Sie Ihre Texte einfach in Ihrer Sprache und speichern Sie. Über die Flaggen oben sehen Gäste den Text automatisch übersetzt. Sie können jede Sprache auch einzeln nachkorrigieren – wechseln Sie dazu oben die Flagge und bearbeiten Sie den Text.
Wie lade ich Fotos und Videos hoch?
Über die Kacheln „Bilder" und „Videos". Unterwegs geht es noch schneller mit dem Reporter: direkt fotografieren/filmen – alles landet sofort in Ihrer App.
Wie sehen Gäste meine App?
Über die Kachel „📱 App ansehen" oder den QR-Code (Kachel „Aushang & QR-Code") zum Aushängen in der Unterkunft. Den Link können Sie auch per WhatsApp, E-Mail usw. teilen.
Was ist der Gäste-Chat?
Im Paket Professionell können Gäste Ihnen direkt aus der App schreiben. Sie aktivieren ihn im Dashboard unter „App-Inhalte anzeigen".
Wie wird meine Präsentation öffentlich/online?
Nach Ablauf der Vorschau wird die Präsentation über die Zahlung (Kachel „Bezahlen/Verlängern") freigeschaltet – danach ist sie für Gäste sichtbar.
